Katarzyna Ostrowska

I have been active as a lawyer for more than 10 years, earning professional experience in law firms in the Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot), as well as in Warsaw, in addition to courts, prosecution in Gdańsk and the legal department of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
My areas of specialisation are cases from penal law, family law (including criminal aspects), and civil law.

I have been a lawyer in “Centrum Pomocy Dzieciom” (Centre for Helping Children) in Gdańsk and the foundation “Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę” (Empowering Children Foundation). In those functions, I take care of securing the welfare of children whilst handling proceedings from penal and family law.

Since I highly value professional development, I continually develop my knowledge thanks to participation in various courses, workshops and conferences.
